BEFORE starting, let's chat.
To give you the best service, I need to know more details about your communication needs; this is why I invite you to share your interests through WhatsApp. Over there, we can discuss pricing, methodology, and anything else.
Then, I'll suggest a program (7, 10, or 12 sessions) tailored to you.

OPENING of the session.
I start sessions by checking in, which is a conversation about your latest events and challenges. Also, after the first session, we usually discuss how you have applied the strategies you learned and trained last time.

The HEART of the session.
After the check-in, I present the topic we will explore during that session. This is a dialogue that has questions about your experience and speech patterns. Then, I will give you some strategies, and you will start practicing in multiple ways, such as:

FINISHING the session.
Lastly, we will examine how you feel about this new way of approaching a conversation or situation, and you will plan how to incorporate these strategies into your daily routine.

Programs are finite, but improvement is limitless.
Once you complete your sessions, we'll have a conversation to see if there are any other areas of interest or objectives you'd like to work on, and together, we'll continue advancing your communication skills.

In addition, after concluding the program, you may take ad-hoc sessions. These are sessions you can schedule whenever you need or want to, for example, if you have an important presentation, commitment, or difficult conversation coming up.
